This Privacy Policy explains how Seabond Inc. (“SeaBond,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the SeaBond Android application distributed through Google Play and the services connected to that application (collectively, the “Service”).

SeaBond provides crypto market information, portfolio and wallet-data tools, Smart Money information, AI-assisted features, spot and perpetual trading, copy-trading tools, and deposit, withdrawal, and transfer functions. Availability may vary by jurisdiction, account, protocol, or product.

SeaBond is designed as a non-custodial interface. We do not ask for your seed phrase or private keys, and we do not directly custody your digital assets. Transactions and other wallet actions require authorization through your wallet or the applicable wallet and protocol infrastructure.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your SeaBond account and associated eligible data in either of the following ways:

• In the SeaBond app, open Settings and select Delete Account.

We may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible account data under our control and, where applicable, instruct service providers processing that data on our behalf to do the same. Section 9 explains what is deleted, what may be retained, and why some public blockchain data cannot be deleted.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Authentication Information

When you create, access, or secure a SeaBond account, we may collect or process:

• your email address;
• a SeaBond user ID and authentication-provider identifiers;
• information used for Google, Apple, Telegram, email, or wallet-based login;
• a Privy decentralized identity identifier, where applicable;
• your Telegram user ID and username if you use Telegram login or Telegram multi-factor authentication;
• external or embedded wallet addresses associated with your account;
