This Privacy Policy explains how Seabond Inc. ("SeaBond", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the SeaBond mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

SeaBond is a crypto market intelligence, portfolio, wallet-data, and Smart Money information app. The current App Store release is designed for market data, read-only portfolio views, account tools, and related informational features. SeaBond does not ask for your seed phrase or private keys, does not custody your digital assets, and does not act as your bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Authentication Information

When you create or access an account, we may collect:

• email address;
• authentication provider information, such as Google, Apple, Telegram, Privy, or wallet login details;
• Privy decentralized identity identifiers;
• Telegram user ID and Telegram username, if you choose Telegram login or Telegram MFA;
• wallet addresses connected or used for authentication;
• embedded wallet address, if applicable;
• username, nickname, profile avatar, profile bio, language preference, and other profile information you choose to provide;
• multi-factor authentication status and related verification metadata.

We use authentication providers such as Privy and supported wallet connection services to help you sign in. These providers may process authentication data under their own terms and privacy policies.

1.2 Wallet, Portfolio, Market, and On-Chain Information

To provide read-only market, wallet, portfolio, Smart Money, and account-related views, we may collect or process:

• public wallet addresses;
• public blockchain and exchange-related data associated with wallet addresses;
